Remote Support
Most large agencies have the luxury of having an onsite support team available at moment's notice. Smaller companies may not have that need and /or funding to offer such a position. Support Maintenance Agreement
Managed IT is an aggressive, proactive approach to IT. Unlike remote assistance where we wait to hear from you when you have an issue, with Managed IT Solutions we take on the responsibility of maintaining your servers, firewalls, antivirus, backups and perform routine maintenance on core equipment. We create and help you implement security policies in order to prevent security breaches and computer virus infection. We manage your backup solution and if you don't have one, we help you design one. We offer recommendations if certain technologies are no longer offering the maximum benefit to your business. We help create an IT budget/projection for your company.
Small to medium sizes businesses may not have the means or the desire to add dedicated staff to manage IT resources. This is where Pro Network Solutions can provide the perfect solution. We offer onsite support to all of our customers on maintenance agreements. This allows you, as the customer, the peace of mind that you have a dedicated support staff member to help you when a crisis presents itself. Our maintenance agreements require an annual contract to be signed.
A maintenance agreement is a service contract tailored for your office. We sit with you and your team and discuss in detail your specific IT requirements. With a maintenance agreement, Pro Network Solutions, as a company will be obligated to be onsite 24 hours a month (6 hours - 1 day a week).
We make ourselves available to you, your office staff and vendors for the duration of the project or maintenance contract. You will have a dedicated IT staff member to help with any technical issues, answer questions and help make decisions regarding your IT needs. Our availability to you and your staff is not limited to only 1 day a week; we are available at any time. However, that day is focused solely on your office needs.
IT Project Management
As a business owner you understand the value of time and so do we! Our Project Management team is well aware of the difficulties in starting a new business, opening a new office or executing an improvement projects. Our record and document scanning service is offered as an addition to our Project Management and IT Consulting Service. We can bring in our equipment and perform the scanning service onsite or we can perform our services offsite if office space is limited.
Pro Network Solutions makes it easy to transition to an EMR product and/or paperless solution. We deal with all the technical aspects of the transition. We become the point of contact for your vendor. We work with the vendor in creating a chart scanning procedure manual and workflow document. We ensure your network and equipment is ready for the transition. We work with your IT staff or office staff in order to ensure the medical records/documents are properly secured and are properly backed up. We work with the vendor in creating a customized training document for your office personnel. We ensure that the EMR/paperless transition is done properly, on budget and on schedule.
